Motti Essakow

Co-Founder

An acknowledged pioneer/disrupter and entrepreneur in the global travel and tourism industry with an applied mindset of more than two decades of experience across a wide spectrum of the Responsible/Sustainable/Eco/Geo/Organic Agri/ Spa/Wellness Travel & Tourism sectors.

A cultivator of influencing and instigating positive behavior change through demystifying the concept and practice of Slow Hospitality, Conscious Business Management including Purposeful Impact Investing, Positive Return on Values and the impacts of business on living systems, Responsible Wellbeing and Mindful Luxury – then determining its ideal place in organizations – by highlighting the symbiosis between People Capital, Natural Capital, Wellbeing Capital and Economic Capital where each equally improves top-line and bottom-line metrics.

Long before the topic became de rigueur, never satisfied with the status quo and constantly countering the instinct for short-termism, Motti has a proven “go-getter” track record of guiding and assisting individuals, organizations and society as a whole, to discover new ways of thinking by building more hopeful visions of the future and successfully turning these visions to life – all which create moving experiences that inspire inner and outer Happiness and Well-being.

Born in Johannesburg, and having lived in Israel and North America during various stages of his life – and now London – and having worked in more than 20 countries globally – provided him a deep appreciation of different culture norms and values, openness and adaptability to new experiences with an expansive and enviable global portfolio which spans across a diverse range of sectors including some of some of the world’s leading luxury hotel, spa and wellness brands.

Motti is co founder of both nestwell (www.nestwellhospitality.com) – a new guiding framework of [Well]being through Design and Responsible Wellbeing for the hotel, mixed use residential and superyacht bedroom and bathroom ecosystem – and beyond – and MadeWhereHow.com (www.madewherehow.com) – a pioneering and still only-of-its-kind in the UK and Europe – Responsible Sourcing and Procurement Management platform targeting the luxury hospitality, mixed use residential, spa/wellness and super yacht sectors.

Jordan Ashley

Director Restorative, Wellbeing and Mindfulness Experiences

While embracing New York City’s fast-paced yoga culture, Jordan recognized a need for a more service-based practice; a need for experiences which give perspective to the self through selflessness. Feeling extremely blessed to not only be given the opportunity for education but to have a voice in society, she felt it was imperative to raise both awareness and funds for girls all over the planet who are denied such essential human rights.

Drawing on her experience of travel and being a full-time yoga teacher, she created Souljourn Yoga Foundation (http://www.souljournyoga.com/) – a US 501(c)3 non-profit that raises awareness and funds for young women’s education and empowerment by using yoga as a platform for social activism that change and enhance peoples lives – specifically in developing and emerging economies.

Featured in Forbes, Yoga Journal, the Los Angeles Times, New Balance and Reebok, Jordan is an activist, writer, yoga teacher, Tedx speaker, and PhD candidate.
